Impatience is a virtue for those who've waited too long

This endless hope need not go on
When will stability reign
When does pleasure take away pain
A black heat, hopeless
A racing beast, slowless
Do what you will
My heart is jaded, alone and steel

Walk on in denial, it's over, relieved
The past returns in name alone
A warmth unfamiliar, feels like home
